Across the nation, there are thousands of high schools, community colleges, four-year institutions, and international and professional organizations. Within these institutions and organizations are many more thousands of athletes, each with differing personalities and interests, yet also with many common needs.

On Focus benefits all those who are involved in the community of athletics:

College & University President/ Chancellor:
On Focus...Assists overall institutions through attracting and retaining highly qualified students. Increases athletic graduation rates.  Develops and enhances alumni base.

Coaches and Athletic Directors:
On Focus... Provides continual follow up services for athletes, assists in increasing Academic Progress Rates. Focuses on athletes that do not graduate.  Conducts regular follow up with athletes after they leave the institution.

Student Athletes
On Focus . . . Provides on-going support for athletes before, during, and after their athletic careers.

Parents
On Focus . . . Reassures parents that support services will be available for their son/daughter. Reassures parents that their son/daughter will be prepared to successfully transition from high school, college , and to the professional career level.
